How to order / How we work

No matter your project's size/shape/color, we strongly encourage you to inquire via our Facebook page's chat to get started. Our friendly representatives are happy to entertain any questions you may have. From design options, recommended size or special features, we do them all and then some!

For your reference, we’ve listed down the common steps we take for onboarding projects.

1. Send your project image or floor plan! 🖼️

If you have your home’s floor plan and elevation, that would be great! It'll cut our work in half, and measurements will be as accurate as possible. Kindly send them over to inquiry@kabinetro.com

However, if you don't have your home's floor plan and elevation, we recommend sending/providing the following;

An image of the space or area that we need to work on (with measurements).
An inspo image or a googled image of how you want the project to look like.

This way we have a baseline idea of your design preference and features you’d like to have for the project.
Don’t have any of these? No problem! We have our in-house architect ready to help out!

2. Project details discussion 🔍

Once we have a visual of how you’d like the project to look like, we can start discussing the following;

Possible parts such as; wood finish options, style, color, inclusion of glass, lights, door frames, handles and so on.
Optimal measurments based on the space we can work on. (Length x Width x Height)
Number of fabricataion days, lead time and delivery.

3. Project quotation/estimates 💰

So we have everything we need! From the size of the project, design and possible number of days that we need to spend on the project. Aftwards, we should be able to present you with an estimate cost for the project.

If the estimate cost is agreeable to both parties, then we proceed to schedule a site visit at your earliest convenience.

4. Site visit 🧡📐

To avoid wastage and miscalculations, we send over a team to take measurements of the space we need to work on. This step is absolutely neccessary for costing purposes.

We provide basic 3D Drawing (3 areas)

We do humbly ask for a site visit fee of 3k for areas around Manila and 5k+ for areas such as (Paranaque, Las Pinas, Alabang) as well as neighboring provinces.

This amount is a deductible fee from the overall project cost. 🧡
